This blogger, Evan Iliadis the stalker, has seriously harmed Paul’s support regarding his prostitution activities, with Paul’s IQ hard to conduct this business from outside the country, that unfortunately, that’s all I have been able to achieve, instead of throwing him in a PH jail for the rest of his life. That the living in Cebu forums is infested by more than one pedo you discover once in a while. There are many more, keeping low profile because of fear of the stalker.

William Antony Becket was involved with a company in London by the name of EVERY CITY LIMITED https://everycity.co.uk

What type of company is this? Most of the time a monkey business. You’ll never know exactly what they really do, often using it as a façade for behind the scenes crooked business. Drew Shobbrook had a similar business in AU and the Philippines.

He served as a director Appointed on 9 June 2010 and Resigned on 10 November 2016. I don’t know the circumstances behind the resignation, as published by the corporation minutes’ book and does not give a reason.

He claims, to have come to the Philippines in 2010 and joined the LICF forums under the pseudo "SKYWALKER" in 2011. (according to this forum database)

Browsing his profile and content there isn’t much to be intrigued, an ordinary member that, curiously, in contrast with his FB profile where he used to “show the color” with no complex whatsoever, as a sexpat pedophile, the same as Drew Shobbrook, with the only difference, his harem was composed of minor boys, some even babies, as opposed to Drew’s who was only of minor girls. Why he deleted them? Because he was tipped by Paul what was coming up for him,because Paul and 2-3 of his lowlife moderators knew it from these good people who thought Paul will react in a positive way and remove the guy from the forum. It happened exactly the opposite. Paul banned the whistle blowers. As usual

Back in January of this year, I received a message from an anonymous FB member informing me about a turmoil taking place in the hidden forums of the LICF; members were banned, threads were deleted, private messages to the moderators were divulged and more.At the center of the controversy was William Antony Becket aka “Skywalker”, that a few members wanted his ousting of the forum, provided they knew the Ombudsman is investigating the case and once arrested, the stalker Evan will publish at least 10 blogs on the case.

I was informed regularly on the progression, and like anybody else, frustrated by the inaction of the authorities that wanted more proof than a testimony and few pictures on the FB.
At this point and time, I will now publish a few pictures William had in public view on his FB page.

Doubt you'd have any problems. They're pretty lax on those domestic flights but might be worth ringing the airline.
In an abundance of caution i'd probably check in seperately from the group, in your situation. Sad we have to think about raising eyebrows but it is a fact of life here

By tipping him right the way gave him time to correct his behavior in public, he deleted or took off public view all discriminating FB pictures and comments, was ordered also to be careful what he posts in the forum, even in the hidden forums.

Most important, Paul and his criminal associates, removed the only hope the Good Samaritans had to jail the animal: William Antony Becket suddenly stopped publically appearing with the children, went into the secrecy, never mind the pain that this usually causes to narcissistic individuals.

Et maintenant? And now? Where are we going from here?

William will never be prosecuted, unless he commits this fatal faux pas. Where the law failed, naming and shaming takes the relais. I don’t know his whereabouts, but, I’m sure, someone will come forward, and if dont, this will not prevent me of bringing William Antony Becket to the international public tribunal informing the world who lives near by to watch for their kids.

Like any resident on my wall of shame his life will never be the same. And who knows, some old skeletons may come out of the closet, maybe the Scotland Yard that have jailed more than one of its citizens for the same crimes committed in the Philippines. It looks like when it comes to children’s’ welfare the UK doesn’t need much of a proof, evidences like this will suffices. I will keep you posted.

I haven't personally seen this kind of "fatherly love" before. Knowing the predator is certainly anything else except a kind father I'm not surprised. It didn't come as a surprise to me as I was informed long before that change of ownership is coming starting in the beginning of this year.

Here is my take. Many members were informed of the change to come, hoping for a smooth transition thinking it was in the best interest of the new owner to keep it as is, meaning the more it changes the more look the same. Instead, they saw a totally different style of management dominated by two major events:

1- The total anonymity the new owner has chosen to enter his premise. Unusual. Even the mother of all sexpats forums in the PR "Philippines addicts" we all know who the owner is. BTW, Paul has never showed up there, no one likes him.

2- The astonishing, inexplicable, unexpected way of Paul saying "au-revoir", just disappeared leaving once again orphan children behind him! Life is now senseless for them. Please! No suicides!

Let's do a bit of guessing work. Lets call the new owner "Member#1" as he likes to be known.

Does he really wants to openly be identified with a forum that a scumbag has left his fingerprints all over the net signings his real name with LICF attached making it hard to clean up the place? And if you think that I'm the only one contributed to his exposure in the all star scumbags community think again. I will post 12zens of screenshots and links going back to the year 2000.

I think we're dealing with a smart, down to earth guy or woman as the possibility mentioned in the forum. A good start Member #1. Keep your intentions under wraps. This blogger, Stalker Evan, assure you that if Paul is still on his hit list, The LICF isn't. Not anymore. I'm afraid he will be on for a long time, unless he reimburses the money he stole from his family in Savannah,delete all pictures he has online with Vivian's son and much more; A bit hard for him to comply.

I do wish the new owner success, but in running a business I learned very early on, to be successful you must give what your customers want, not what you want to give them.

This will probably be my first and last post, as I will go back to being a lurker.

The living in Cebu forums undergo a major lifting. Yeah? What does it consist of? I havent heard or read anything on CNN, FOX news, MSNBC, NY TIMES, WASHINGTON POST and the like. Back in the middle of last year - 2017- rumors within the "elite" of the membership indicated that the sale of the forum by Paul Petrea to an undisclosed buyer is now a done deal. Paul confirmed this later, but no word to whom the buyer might be. Oh well, this is usual in the big business transactions, parties involved should observe the rules of discretion and limited disclosure.

I sold the Living in Cebu Forum website, back in March, 2017. The current owner took over at that time, with me continuing to run the site, per his request. I continued administrative duties until the first of January. La Renaissance

However, there now seems to be some misinformation going around regarding the sale, and other information. I will make a post to clear that misinformation up, by the first week of March.

EDIT: We are focusing our time and energy on the farm, located in rural Battambang Province, Cambodia.

Speculation began as soon as this happened, however, not many had access to the information as to who the new owner might be; all indications were pointed to OzTony an Aussie member of the forum. Personally, I wasn't convinced further than the fact he just played a roll on the transaction, I think I was right, even righter if I tell you that he's now one of the pillars mentioned above but not the owner.

Let's introduce him as such.

Tony has changed the way of cleaning up things. Gone are Paul's days where the banning was crud, brutal, accompanied with "look at me how tuff I am" kind of statements.
